Rare Old Pomegranate Blossom Necklace [SG-206]

An old blossom with rare features. The blossoms are inspired by the Spanish Moorish pomegranate flower motif, commonly found on Spanish horse bridles. The bulb-like shape blossoms depicted here show curled ends representing flower petals. The flared trumpet shapes are available in three different sizes, crafted from thick silver. A shadow box set holds clear greenish Persian turquoise cabochons. Below are deep-stamped flower-like cruciform. Original patina. No marks.
