Morenci Turquoise Bolo Tie [SG-316]

An early bolo tie creation. A rare oval turquoise cabochon of Arizona. Deep blue Morenci turquiose, revealing a seldom seen water web like matrix with glowing bits of iron pyrite (fools gold). The bezel cradeling it is scalloped hand-cut decorating each end a pair of delicate curved leaves finely hand-stamped. Eminating from a silver raindrop, the black braided leather cord slides through an early triangular yoke measuring 37" long. A pair of elegantly simple silver tips taper down to a fluted silver saucer shaped beads with a dimple. A deep patina. Mark J/L sterling.
